NHL Picks for Tue, March 17, 2014

NHL Proline Picks For Tue, Mar 17, 2015

There are 9 games on the schedule for March 17, 2015 and a few games that we like. In the NYI vs. CHI game we have a struggling Islanders team facing a surging a Blackhawks squad. The Isles have lost 3 in a row scoring just 3 goals in those games (all home games). As for the Blackhawks they are 6-2 in their last 8 games and Crawford (confirmed to start) has been great recently going 5-0-1 with a 1.16 GAA and 962 SV% in his last 6 starts. Speaking of hot goaltenders there are none hotter than Ottawa’s Andrew Hammond (confirmed to start) who is 10-0-1 with a 1.39 GAA and .955 SV% in 11 starts this season. We think the Hurricanes will have a hard time scoring many goals against Hammond and the Sens. Rounding out our picks is the MIN vs. NSH game. In Minnesota we get the hot team in a favourable scheduling spot and at an underdog price. In Nashville we have a slumping team (2-8 in their last 10) returning from a West Coast road trip. We like the Wild in this one. See below for all of our NHL picks for Tue, Mar 17, 2015.
